This is a real university experience! Youíll live in The Quad, Pennís famous complex of residence halls. Youíll eat in Pennís main dining hall, take classes, use the libraries, play sports and enjoy social activities as if you were a full-time undergrad. In addition, a wide selection of recreational activities includes tennis and golf (under the supervision of the Julian Krinsky Schools of Tennis and Golf), off-campus explorations of Philadelphia, and weekend trips to regional attractions such as theme parks, Washington, D.C., and Baltimore, MD.

The University of Pennsylvania is a vital part of University City, a neighborhood just west of Center City, across the Schuylkill River. Drexel University, the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, and the Avenue of Technology are also located in University City ó filling it with the energy of people working, learning and growing toward the future.
