  • Arcadia University
  • Sessions Start June 22
  • Specialized Programs in Sports and Enrichment
  • Shomer Shabbat With Daily Tefilah

What do you call something so original that it sets a new standard in camping — a combination of high-level sports or art in a Shabbat-observant camp with Torah learning and daily Tefilah? Our campers have called it “an amazing experience.” But we call it Yesh Shabbat.

A modern orthodox program, Yesh Shabbat offers young observant Jews a comfortable setting among their peers where they can grow in knowledge and understanding of traditional Judaism. Campers’ inspiring Yesh Shabbat experience includes regular Torah study with discussion and seminars, a Scholar in Residence program, and Chesed/Mitzvah activities designed to strengthen their connection to the Jewish community.

The camp is Shomer Shabbat with glatt kosher food. All staff members are experienced in working with observant youth and most have backgrounds in Hebrew day schools, synagogues and youth programs.

Campers choose either a concentrated sports program (tennis, golf, basketball or soccer) or an innovative creative and fine arts curriculum. In addition they enjoy a wide variety of afternoon and evening activities, as well as Sunday trips to regional destinations such as Great Adventure, Hershey Park, the beach at Ocean City, N.J., New York City, Baltimore, Md., and Washington, D.C.

Do It Now!

All of our camps and programs feature small class sizes and low camper-to-counselor ratios. As a result, room is limited and each year more people apply than we can accommodate. We don’t want you to be disappointed! If you plan to join us, please send a completed application and deposit as soon as possible to reserve your space. Apply online today.
