Join us this summer to examine some of the most influential legal decisions in both the 20th and 21st century.

There are more than 1 million cases each year that pass through U.S. courtrooms. Of all these cases, less than 100 make it to the Supreme Court and some of these cases are, undoubtedly, more important than others. Join us this summer and examine how some of these cases have changed history as we know it. While studying landmark cases in the U.S. justice system like Roe vs. Wade, Plessy vs. Ferguson, Brown vs. the Board of Education and Miranda vs. Arizona, you will simultaneously explore the fundamental parts of the American legal system and identify how Supreme Court decisions have affected public policy and shaped the world we live in today. After studying these cases, you will become a judge yourself and write your own concurring or dissenting judicial “opinion.” We’ll see you in court.
