Microeconomics (14-18)

at Enrichment Day

Even though you might not notice it, economics are all around us.

In this class, we will “think small” and look at the way economics can describe and affect our everyday interactions. From buying a house to buying a pack of gum, we’ll examine it all! In doing so, we will explore the hidden side of our financial decision making processes. Factoring in things like supply and demand, consumer behavior, and equilibrium in a market economy, we will uncover the forces that truly motivated our nation's buying habits. You'll even get a chance to analyze and solve some unique microeconomic problems when you take your place as JKCP's resident economist. There are limited spaces in this class, so sign up quickly, while supplies still last.
