Lifelong fitness is one of the fundamental building blocks to a happy life. But it doesn’t just happen by accident. It requires thoughtful planning and informed decision-making. Whether you’re new to fitness or on a varsity team, our welcoming trainers will customize a routine unique to your fitness goals and help guide you towards becoming your best self.
In this course our engaged instructors help you build your strength, increase your flexibility, and improve your agility and coordination through workouts and sports training. You’ll learn how to achieve lifelong fitness through nutrition, self-care and building routines. Each student will end their session with a personalized fitness plan to continue at home.

JKCP’s Enrichment summer camp for high school students is designed for students who want to try a few different things! Do something you love. Try something new. Do both! The choice is yours.
