DMCA Policy for JKCP
Thank you for visiting https://jkcp.com (the “Site”). At JKCP, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same in return. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), copyright owners or their authorized representatives can submit a takedown notice to our designated DMCA Agent.
As an internet service provider, we operate under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA, which offer immunity from certain infringement claims if we respond appropriately to valid notices. Below, you’ll find information on filing a claim or counter notification.
Filing a Copyright Infringement Claim
To submit a good-faith claim regarding alleged copyright infringement, you must provide the following details:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work believed to be infringed.
- Clear identification of the material to be removed, including specific URLs or other detailed information to help us locate it.
- Your contact details, including name, physical address, email, and phone number.
- A statement affirming your genuine belief that the material’s use is unauthorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
- A statement verifying that the information in your claim is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, under penalty of perjury.
Please submit your takedown notice via our Contact page or email for quicker processing.
Important Note: Filing a false or misleading claim may result in civil penalties under 17 USC §512(f), including liability for damages and attorney fees
Counter Notification for Material Restoration
If your content was removed due to a copyright infringement notice, and you believe this was an error or misidentification, you can file a counter notification. To do so, provide the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the material removed and its original location before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, affirming your good-faith belief that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number) and a declaration consenting to the jurisdiction of your local federal district court (or a judicial district where we operate, if outside the U.S.). You must also agree to accept legal service from the original complainant.
Counter notifications should also be sent through our Contact page or by email.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We take copyright violations seriously and comply with the DMCA’s repeat infringer policy. We maintain records of all DMCA notices and monitor for repeat offenses. Accounts found repeatedly violating copyright policies will be terminated.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or amend this policy at any time. We encourage users to periodically review this page to stay informed about any changes.
